Who you are:
You are a 3rd or 4th year post-secondary student enrolled in an Engineering or Architecture Discipline who is driven to make the most of their time with us and are interested in building your career in project management. In return, we will ensure interns or summer students gain valuable experience and knowledge delivered by the best leaders in the industry and directly contribute to exciting building and infrastructure projects in Manitoba.
In this role, you’ll work with experienced project managers to sharpen your relationship management skills and successfully achieve project deliverables. You’ll hone your project management skills by working on various projects from different industry sectors.
You take a positive approach to your work and enjoy learning and contributing new ideas and solutions. You’re good at building strong relationships with your team members. You have a keen eye for detail, have superior organizational skills and can prioritize competing tasks and deadlines.
We can accommodate work terms of 4 to 8 months in length, beginning summer or fall. Applicants are asked to indicate their desired timing and length of co-op work term in their submitted cover or resume along with transcripts.

The Principal plays a key leadership role in day-to-day operations and the strategic growth of the company. They are directly responsible for developing and leading a team of talented and dedicated professionals and are assigned ownership of the Infrastructure market sector and clients.
Our ideal candidate is a recognized leader in the local marketplace who has built their career project by project, client by client by creating certainty and developing meaningful long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
At Colliers Project Leaders, the Principal has direct responsibility for identifying, pursuing and securing project management and advisory mandates for the firm. Their legacy is evidenced by the manner in which his/her team members are developed. The Principal provides executive-level operations and business support to the Vice President and is entrusted with leading and mentoring staff, developing competitive pricing strategies, directing external stakeholder communication, and nurturing long-term, sustaining client relationships.
You will bring a successful track record of operational and business development leadership, preferably gained within a consulting environment (engineering, architecture or construction industries).
You will be able to demonstrate an understanding and disciplined approach to all aspects of pre‐construction management and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of a broad range of engineering topics and have experience working with one or more disciplines in construction management, design/build or project management activities.
