We are looking for a Sector Director to join our Transit Team.
As a Sector Director, you will be the driving force behind identifying emerging market trends, shaping sector growth strategies, and accelerating business performance. Working across a dynamic matrix organization, you will partner with leaders and teams to transform insights into action, drive strategic priorities, and deliver on ambitious growth targets. This role combines sector leadership with project leadership, leveraging market opportunities, leading strategic pursuits, growing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs and projects.
As a recognized leader within your sector, you will develop and execute multi-year growth strategies that strengthen our market position and expand our client base. With a passion for operational excellence and successful project delivery, you will focus on deepening relationships within key strategic accounts while driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Expected Compensation: $126,376 – $173,677 per year (CAD)
This compensation range represents our good-faith estimate at the time of posting, based on market benchmarks and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined considering the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and regional consideration. Annual bonus opportunities are in addition to base salary.
