Your role

 

Join our talented team as a Marketing Specialist, Campaigns & Content.

In this role, you will have a meaningful impact by increasing awareness, consideration and preference for Colliers Project Leaders services through lead generation and nurturing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.

 

Working as a valued member of the Marketing team, you will plan, develop and execute campaigns leveraging the website, SEM, social media and marketing automation, and deliver clear, well-written content tailored to target audiences. You will play a key role in ensuring that our unique value propositions, differentiated service offerings and expertise are represented successfully, and generate leads using compelling CTAs and other lead capture tactics.

 

As a Specialist, you will become fully familiar with Colliers Project Leaders’ overall priorities, business plans, key services and sectors. You will build relationships with internal subject matter experts throughout the company, and develop expertise in strategic value positioning, as well as brand and writing style, among other Colliers Project Leaders standards.

 

Approximate Base Salary Range for this Role: $60,000 CAD to $75,000 CAD.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, execute and evolve a lead scoring program via the company’s marketing automation tool
  • Identify, develop and execute nurturing campaigns to move engaged prospects from awareness to interest and consideration
  • Develop and distribute our bi-monthly external newsletter
  • Identify opportunities to drive brand awareness and/or interest and consideration in our target sectors, and execute tactics to achieve identified success metrics.
  • Work with the Website Specialist and Content Manager to define and execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies
  • Track and assess campaign performance using analytics and conversion rates, and adjust as required to strengthen performance
  • Prepare monthly reports on campaign activity and performance
  • Leverage knowledge of SEO and SEM to optimize campaigns and drive website traffic
  • Develop compelling content and CTAs for a variety of digital channels
  • Liaise with marketing colleagues to align digital initiatives with the overall strategic direction
  • Write and/or tailor campaign and/or event-related landing page content, collateral and PPT presentations
  • Foster a positive work environment, build strong relationships and collaborate successfully across the organization
  • Maintain brand standards (everyone on the Marketing team shares this responsibility)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Digital Marketing, and the Director or VP of Marketing

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role, ideally in a professional services organization
  • Strategic thinker who understands the big picture and contributes effectively
  • Strong knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with, B2B digital marketing strategies and success metrics
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google and LinkedIn ad platforms, digital marketing platforms and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with Click (formerly ClickDimensions) and Semrush an asset.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to express ideas and concepts in a compelling manner and adjust content to different audiences and marketing channels
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills
  • Confident self-starter with superior time management skills, including task prioritization and project tracking
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work with and direct external providers
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate and write in French an asset
