Your role

 

Join our team as a Project Manager - Information Technology and Digital Transformation. 

 

This role’s focus will be a multi-year program that encompasses the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions for project accounting systems and processes as an extension of our Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics Sales environments, as well as other applications including Project Management and HRIS systems. This job has the primary responsibility of leading cross-functional teams that will design and implement applications that will provide us with competitive advantages in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in architecting end to end solutions, as well as integrations between systems
  • Provide technical support
  • Apply Agile methods and processes in project management
  • Coordinate, chair and lead project sessions, scrums, business requirements sessions, and solution reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support change management processes for enterprise applications suites such as Dynamics D365FO, Dynamics CRM, Business Intelligence and SharePoint
  • Use Agile and classic project management methodology and business analysis techniques to plan, schedule, and facilitate the gathering and documentation of business requirements, specifications and requirements
  • Monitor project progress and drive completion on schedule and within budget

Qualifications

  • 8 years of project management experience planning/monitoring/executing IT projects, and delivering projects within a defined scope, timeline, and budget, within an enterprise level environment
  • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to address any project related issues/challenges, to ensure successful project completion
  • Experience managing project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating critical issues to stakeholders and management
  • Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and involvement throughout the project lifecycle
  • A technology-related university degree or college degree or a combination of four years formal education and practical experience in software application implementation and software development
  • Experienced in the selection and implementation of enterprise application platforms such as ERP, CRM and Operation applications
  • Experience with Microsoft platforms including Azure, DevOps, Power BI and Power Platform.
  • A solid foundation in classic and modern IT project management tools and methods, including Waterfall, Scrum, User Stories, Kanban
  • An understanding of finance, accounting and project management terminology and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to take the initiative with effective time and task management skills
  • Customer and quality focused
