We’re looking for an experienced, high performing and personable individual capable of taking on overall responsibility and authority for the sustained growth of Infrastructure Program and Project Management Services in our Western Canada Region, extending from British Columbia to Manitoba.
Already known as a successful leader with superior skills, knowledge and experience in the planning and delivery of horizontal infrastructure programs and projects such as light transit, rail, roads, interchanges and water/wastewater, you are keen to take on responsibility for leading a fast-growing service line in our consulting practice. Developing business plans, hiring, nurturing and developing a team, ensuring value added consulting services are profitability delivered across the horizontal infrastructure sector and always ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction is the hallmark of the successful candidate.
You’ll also bring to the table a proven business development and sales track-record including the ability to pursue, win and grow long-term strategic annuity accounts and major projects. You are adept at maintaining trusted advisor relationships with existing clients and building meaningful relationships with new clients through a combination of effective account management and exceptional client relationship management. Your network runs deep, and you are well respected and trusted enabling you to form strategic partnerships across the industry to further advance the company’s growth.
