    To take on this challenge, you must have been exposed to facilities’ consultant and design management, construction administration and /or project financial management, backed by a degree or diploma in business administration, or finance (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience).

    Responsibilities

    What you’ll get to do as a Project Administrator:

    • Coordinate meetings on behalf of the client’s project director(s), including managing the outlook calendar of the project director(s)
    • Organize, attend project related meetings, take meeting minutes and prepare meeting minutes for distribution to attendees in a timely manner. (Note: Most meeting discussions will be technical in nature requiring the recorder to have some technical background and project management knowledge/experience)
    • Assist with preparation project progress/status reports, project quality reports, monthly reports and dashboard reports
    • Use and manage "on-line” collaboration tools.
    • Manage and maintain electronic or manual files
    • Respond to internal and external inquiries, performing administrative tasks and participating in the planning an organization of work activities
    • Provide support services for various office management processes and e-business using tools such as word processing, document scanning, architectural and engineering drawing management support

    Qualifications

    What you’ll need to be successful:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience
    • Excellent administrative, financial and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines
    • Diploma in, business administration or finance
      (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
