    The Corporate Marketing Strategies team is dedicated to developing and implementing strategies that support our business goals.

    We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Senior Marketing Strategist, leading marketing efforts across Canada for our Infrastructure Services business. This role is available in Toronto and or Ottawa.

    Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Strategies, you will continue to build a strong reputation and brand recognition for the organization by assisting in the development and implementation of national marketing strategies that support our horizontal infrastructure services growth and market leadership objectives, predominately within the public sector (municipal, provincial, federal).

    Working closely with our horizontal infrastructure services leadership and team, you will:

    • Develop, implement and execute national marketing strategies that support business objectives; you will collaborate with the regional marketing team to help develop and implement regional strategies (where applicable) for local execution – while ensuring quality, brand integrity and timeliness of those deliverables
    • Develop compelling and high-impact messaging and marketing materials (collateral, presentation modules, best-in-class case studies, etc.) for national and regional use and maintain the integrity of these materials
    • Develop, implement and execute thought leadership strategies (speaking opportunities, conferences, presentations, white papers, digital media, etc.) including related research requirements and supporting marketing and communication tactics for lead generation
    • Support the development and execution of the annual marketing and communications plan, annual infrastructure strategy plan, and others as assigned
    • Monitor and maintain relevant internal databases to support collaboration and information sharing across the company
    • Other research activities (as assigned)
    • Other writing/content development activities (as assigned)
    • Other projects and duties as assigned by Manager, Marketing Strategies

    • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent work experience
    • Other marketing and communication certifications considered an asset
    • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a marketing and communications role
    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a professional consulting firm/business-to-business environment
    • Experience working in a national or corporate marketing role considered an asset
    • Demonstrated experience crafting compelling messaging; targeted to public sector audiences considered an asset
    • Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies that leverage both traditional and digital marketing and communication channels
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Proficient in Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop considered an asset
