    As Colliers Project Leaders continues to experience strong growth we are seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our team, based in either our Burlington or Mississauga office.

    As a valued member of the Marketing team, your role will support marketing activities across our Central Canada region. You will work closely with the Regional Marketing Specialist and the regional business units, ensuring all content and materials developed are aligned verbally and visually with the Colliers Project Leaders brand.

    You will demonstrate strong planning and coordination skills as you work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups to execute marketing and communication strategies, including: client and market research efforts, conferences and tradeshows promotional opportunities, client events, speaking opportunities, social media and website content, project and people photography, and development of marketing materials such as collateral, case studies and PowerPoint presentations.

    Responsibilities

    What you'll get to do as a Regional Marketing Coordinator with Colliers Project Leaders:

    • Provide Marketing and Communications Support to assigned business units.
    • Coordinate and execute marketing activities for all services including but not limited to: creating or tailoring materials (collateral, client presentations, etc.), content development, research, tradeshows and conferences, client events, social media, photography, case studies, client quotes - while ensuring quality, brand integrity and timeliness of those deliverables.
    • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Specialist to leverage existing regional tools; Corporate Marketing Strategies and Brand & Communication teams to leverage sector and service marketing strategies and tools; leverage brand & communication strategies and tools; and coordinate and customize as applicable for assigned BUs.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Specialist on regional marketing and communication projects as required.
    • Support and execute the CRM marketing functions, and other CRM marketing duties as required.
    • Support the development and execution of annual Regional Business Plans, Corporate Marketing & Communications Plan, and Key Client Account Plans. Tasks include: research, competitive analyses, client profiling, strategy, development of materials (collateral, presentations, etc.), awareness activities (website content, blogs, social media posts, etc).
    • Support the planning and execution of annual conference and tradeshow plan for assigned BUs: collaborate with Regional Marketing Specialist, Business Development Managers and relevant staff to coordinate and execute attendance and promotional strategies for each event.
    • Develop content (blogs, project wins, etc.) relevant to assigned BUs for both internal and external communications; tailor writing style as appropriate for each communication.
    • Coordinate, support and execute social media presence to promote information or news (from staff individual account or through corporate account), auditing senior staff LinkedIn profiles and providing suggestions or edits for improvement, and other duties as required.
    • Monitor and maintain relevant internal databases to support collaboration and information sharing across the company.
    • Provide support to the corporate marketing and communications team with other writing/content development activities as required.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager, Marketing Strategies.

    Qualifications

    What you'll need to be successful in the role:

    • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Communications.
    • 0-2 years of marketing experience, 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a professional services / consulting company considered an asset.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with vendors.
    • Experience with social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter.
    • Experience with developing content for a variety of media.
    • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-starter with strong project management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, track projects and meet urgent deadlines.
    • Enjoys working in a team environment.
    • Precise and accurate attention to detail.
    • Intermediate proficiency in of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is considered an asset.
    • Working knowledge of client relationship management tools considered an asset.
    • Highly organized, attentive to details, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
