    • You’ve successfully completed a number of acute care, long-term care and community healthcare projects, varying in size, scope and complexity
    • Your clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise in the healthcare sector to achieve their goals and objectives
    • Your clients are impressed with your ability to represent their best interests regarding contractual and technical issues
    • Your project teams rely on your ability to manage change, communicate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budget
    • Your expertise will lend itself to securing additional major capital healthcare projects in Western Canada


    Who you are:


    We’re looking for experienced project managers who are looking for the right opportunity to leverage their reputation working on complex projects in the healthcare, institutional and social infrastructure sector into a successful leadership role. You bring a wealth of experience leading major acute healthcare, long-term care and communication health projects with significant complexity.


    You’re already known as a trusted advisor to your clients and have built strong, lasting relationships with senior leaders. You bring in-depth knowledge and have led and managed complex project teams from start to finish – on time and on budget. In addition to leading projects, your experience and drive will help position our team in the pursuit of upcoming capital health projects throughout Western Canada.

    What you bring:

    • A university degree or college diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management or quantity surveying (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
    • At least 15 years of experience in project management and client-facing roles
    • Strong knowledge of various construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, as well as building codes, contract law and relevant legislation
    • Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, Registered Architect or other similar industry recognized designation is considered a strong asset
    • Specialization in pursuing, securing and leading major healthcare projects

    Bonus skills and experience:

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively influence others and resolve client, project and technical issues
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Highly proficient in MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel
