    • Drive traffic through SEO best practices and content generation, to continuously optimize and improve website and further enhance digital marketing presence online
    • Leverage knowledge of SEO, SEM, display, retargeting, social, other paid media and email marketing to support our digital advertising program; building brand awareness and driving website and social media traffic
    • Manage corporate social media program (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
    • Manage online components of marketing, HR & thought leadership campaigns including webinars, lead generation, white papers, digital banner advertising program etc.
    • Develop, implement and provide training on digital marketing and email marketing standards and best practices
    • Manage e-campaign features, using existing marketing automation embedded within our CRM applications
    • Optimize key landing page content
    • Assist with ad hoc content management for corporate SharePoint site
    • Monthly reporting on all digital content marketing and social media activity and analytics
    • Foster a positive work environment and look for opportunities to collaborate successfully across the organization
    • Liaise with national and local marketing teams across Canada to align digital content marketing initiatives with the overall strategic direction
    • Other duties as required

    • Project management industry experience
    • Video production and editing experience
    • Google Analytics and Adwords certification

    What success looks like

    • You employ both standard marketing and communications techniques, as well as new, creative concepts, methods & platforms that continually raise the bar for internal clients in business development
    • You create and manage digital content that is informative, educating, entertaining and inspiring for internal and external audiences
    • You will help to elevate the Colliers brand through strategic positioning of content campaigns, cultivating followers and analyzing traffic
    • You have experience collecting marketing information from various sources for internal resource libraries, as well as leveraging your findings to provide support to internal clients to bring the highest quality of marketing and communications materials and technology to the industry


    What you bring

    • 3-4 years’ experience in an agency, media, or internal marketing communications department, preferably B2B-focused
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, or equivalent
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite digital applications
    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS code
    • Knowledge of WordPress, CRAFT and web content management tools
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
