We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa.
Reporting to the Manager, Virtual Proposal Team, the Proposal Coordinator will provide writing and editing assistance, proposal coordination, and assist the timely delivery of proposal submissions for various Business Units. This position is an important support function to the Virtual Proposal Team. It requires premium organizational and communication skills, normal to above average computer/formatting skills, and a basic understanding of the proposal process. The Proposal Coordinator will leverage his/her relationship with other personnel to secure the support and assistance required to complete the preparation of proposals and proposal-materials in a timely manner and consistent with corporate standards and brand messaging.
