As Colliers Project Leaders continues to grow and attract exciting project opportunities, we seek a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring professional who has made their reputation in the industry and is looking to capitalize on that investment.
To be successful in this role you will bring a wealth of experience leading projects and be able to demonstrate a portfolio varying in scope and complexity with experience successfully delivering building, facilities and infrastructure projects for the private and public sector.
You will be experienced in leading the client through the entire project life cycle from design to construction and into commissioning. Your experience will see you establishing best practice Project Management methodologies and procedures to ensure successful delivery of any given project.
Ideally you will hold either P.Eng or PMP and have experience working as an owner’s representative or in a professional services environment with a track record of successfully delivering large scale building and facilities projects in excess of 50 million dollars.
