    As Colliers Project Leaders continues to experience unprecedented growth, we seek a Senior Project Manager to join our team. The professional must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of total project delivery experience in the nuclear industry. A minimum of 3 of years of the experience must have been gained in a project management (leadership) role versus in a support capacity (coordination).

    What you’ll get to do as a Senior Project Manager at Colliers Project Leaders:


    • Develop strong client relationships and act as a key advisor throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectives
    • Dedicate your expertise to the delivery of a large and complex projects
    • Ensure that client expectations and satisfaction are met or exceeded on all projects
    • Be a trusted advisor to clients and represent their best interests with respect to contractual and technical issues
    • Select and organize project teams and establish levels of authority and lines of communication
    • Chair project and site meetings, find resolution to issues and coordinate between multiple stakeholders
    • Regularly reporting on project status by means of schedule updates, meeting minutes, financial records and other reports
    • Provide oversight and leadership to the change management process, payment certificates and other contract or project related administrative documents


    What you’ll need to be successful:


    • Minimum of 10 years of experience, representing owners in the delivery of projects of varying size and scope in a range of public sectors, with a focus on nuclear industry
    • A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture or quantity surveying, Ideally PMP certified or working towards certification.
    • Skilled ability to facilitate and management the efforts of project teams - architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
    • Strong knowledge of various types of construction and project management methodologies and practices.
    • Familiarity with sustainability/LEED design concepts.
    • Broad base of knowledge in building codes, contract law and relevant legislation
    • Strong organizational skills, combined with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issues
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and MS Powerpoint.
