    In particular, we’re looking for Project Administration support on a significant healthcare project in Southwest Edmonton. Our team has been selected to lead the development of the New Edmonton Hospital Project, a $2 Billion facility that will provide much needed healthcare services to the rapidly growing region.

    What success looks like:

    • Accurate invoice tracking and processing
    • Diligent document control, adhering to the company and clients’ quality assurance and quality control standards and processes
    • Ability to act as Sharefile Administrator and Super User
    • Reliable support to the project team, client representatives and other project stakeholders in managing day to day project needs
    • Timely updates and progress reporting to stakeholders on the status of the project
    • Timely and accurate risk escalation and tracking for various project streams as required
    • Regular attendance at project meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, documenting action items and key decisions to share with the team

    In this role, you’ll work with experienced leaders and project managers to sharpen your project administration skills and successfully support a team to deliver projects on time and on budget. You’ll hone your organizational, interpersonal and project controls skills by working on a significant project supporting a high-profile client group.

You’re good at building strong relationships with your team and adhering to existing processes and procedures around project financials, documentation, and reporting. You have a keen eye for detail, have superior organizational skills and can prioritize competing tasks and deadlines.

    What you bring

    • A university degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
    • A minimum of three to five years of experience in a Project Administration or Coordination role with financial reporting responsibilities ideally in a similar project management, engineering design or construction company
    • Previous experience working on a project of similar scope
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Strong detail orientation and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and Project)
