In this role, you’ll join our team of experts who lead building and infrastructure projects. Through our Get it Right Solution™, you’ll ensure we get it ready, get it built and get it performing -- so investors, owners and occupants are certain of success.


The individual will join our rapidly growing Infrastructure Services team and act as a trusted advisor to Owners on large, complex infrastructure projects. Our team of consultants brings the project and technical leadership to client need, representing their interests at all times and ensuring successful outcomes. The Infrastructure Services team represents a significant area of growth within the overall organization.


To be successful in this role you will bring a wealth of experience leading projects and be able to demonstrate a portfolio varying in scope and complexity with depth in sewer and drainage projects. Ideally you will hold either P.Eng or PMP and have experience working as an owner’s representative or in a professional services environment with a focus on municipal infrastructure projects, specializing in Water and Wastewater.

  • You’ve completed a number of projects, varying in size and scope ideally in the delivering water, sewer and drainage projects for municipal clients.

  • Your clients are impressed with your ability to represent their best interests regarding contractual and technical issues
  • Your project teams rely on your ability to manage change, communicate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budget


What you bring:

  • A university degree or diploma in engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • 7 years end to end project management experience including design, construction and commissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of various construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, as well as building codes, contract law and relevant legislation
  • Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, RA or other similar industry recognized designation is considered a strong asset
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in the water and wastewater industry.
  • 7 years of consulting engineering experience delivering water, sewer and drainage projects for municipal clients.
  • 7 years end to end project management experience including design, construction and commissioning.
  • Experience in a client facing capacity, in the delivery of related projects.
  • Led and/or significantly contributed to the preparation of RFP/Q’s, tenders and tender awards.
  • Strong working knowledge of a variety of design and construction delivery models.
  • The leadership skills needed to influence decisions and resolve client and project issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project).
