    • Provide project management oversight for the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) component of major institutional and commercial accommodations projects to ensure spaces are occupancy-ready on time and budget.
    • Collaborate with clients to gather and document furniture requirements (including both systems furniture and custom furniture);
    • Develop specification documents for furniture needs;
    • Liaise with the interior design team to ensure furniture requirements incorporated into the design effectively;
    • Manage the design review and change process;
    • Contribute to the development of scopes of work and terms of reference for custom and systems furniture;
    • Liaise with furniture suppliers and manufactures to schedule delivery and install; and
    • Complete deficiency reviews and develop project close-out documents.


    • Degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, or a related field;
    • 7+ years of experience working on commercial projects coordinating activities associated with furniture and equipment design, procurement and installation;
    • Detailed knowledge of interior design processes and principles;
    • Experience developing specifications and terms of references for custom and systems furniture;
    • Expertise managing large inventories of furniture and equipment;
    • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing;
    • PMP designation is an asset; and
    • Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a relevant federal government security clearance.
