In this role, you’ll support a team of HR professionals by sourcing, coordinating and onboarding new hires into the organization to support our strong growth ambitions.


Who you are:


We’re looking for a team player who is passionate about recruitment and who is interested in growing their career in talent acquisition with the support and mentorship of a senior Talent Acquisition team. You’re a strong multi-tasker, are dedicated to exceptional client service, and have strong communication skills.


You love variety in your work and when every day is different from the next. You’re the kind of person who dives right in, learning as much as you can about the business, and you’ll apply best-in-class sourcing techniques and your social media skills to help hire exceptional people into the company.

What you bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
  • At least 2 years previous experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
  • Previous experience working with an ATS system is preferred


Bonus skills and experience:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to be agile and flexible to changing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office

What success looks like:

  • You’ve built strong relationships with Senior Recruiters to provide seamless coordination of new hire processing while providing timely updates, including preparing positions for posting, sourcing, on-site candidate management, offer letter creation, and background screening.
  • You’ve worked independently on deliverables and have consistently met deadlines
  • You’ve prioritized, organized and managed multiple schedules and recruitment related projects efficiently
