Overview

As Colliers Project Leaders continues to experience strong growth we are seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Co-coordinator to join our team.

 

As a valued member of the Marketing team, your role will support Business Development and Marketing activities across the region. You will work closely with the business to support specific sales and marketing efforts ensuring all materials developed are aligned verbally and visually with the Colliers Project Leaders brand.

 

 

You will demonstrate strong coordination skills as you work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups to develop marketing and communication strategies and participate in research efforts, preparation for tradeshows and conference attendance and client events, social media activity, and development of marketing collateral such as project profiles, client quotes, and testimonials.

 

You will also play a vital role in the data migration for our new Client Relationship Management system implementation to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Following implementation, this individual will be responsible for ensuring all information is kept up to date and accurate within the CRM system while ensuring additional tools and processes are maintained and correct procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

What you'll get to do as a Regional Sales and Marketing Co-coordinator with Colliers Project Leaders:

 

  • Provide Sales and Marketing Support to assigned business unit.
  • Coordinate and execute business development and marketing activities for all srvices including but not limited to: creating or tailoring materials (collateral, client presentations, etc.), research, tradeshows and conferences, client events, social media, photography, project profiles, client quotes, testimonials.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Strategies and Brand & Communication teams to leverage sector; service marketing; business development strategies and tools; leverage brand & communication strategies and tools; and coordinate and customize as applicable for assigned BU(s).
  • Update Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and maintain new and existing account and client information, train new users and existing users and pull relevant reports to support meetings (business development, business planning, etc.),
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing & Communications and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to support and execute the CRM marketing functions, and other duties as required.
  • Support the development and execution of annual Business Unit Plan, Corporate Marketing & Communications Plan, and Client Account Plans.
  • Research and provide competitive analyses, client profiling, strategy, development of materials (collateral, presentations, etc.), awareness activities (website content, blogs, social media posts, etc).
  • Develop annual conference and tradeshow plan for assigned BU(s): collaborate with BDMs and relevant staff to coordinate and execute attendance and promotional strategies for each event.
  • Develop content (blogs, project wins, etc.) relevant to assigned BU(s) for both internal and external communications; tailor writing style as appropriate for each communication.
  • Coordinate, support and execute social media presence to promote information or news (from staff individual account or through corporate account), auditing senior staff LinkedIn profiles and providing suggestions or edits for improvement, and other duties as required.
  • Monitor and maintain relevant internal databases to support collaboration and information sharing across the company.
  • Provide support to the corporate marketing and communication team and other writing/content development activities as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by VP or Manager.

Qualifications

What you'll need to be successful in the role:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
  • 2 plus years of experience in a similar role or in a professional services / consulting company.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with vendors.
  • Experience with social media platforms and the development of content.
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, track projects and meet urgent deadlines.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Experience with business-writing for a variety of media.
  • Precise and accurate attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign is considered an asset.
  • Highly organized, attentive to details, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
